The Alternative National Congress’ Taa Wongbe has announced that he has signed a memorandum of understanding with the opposition Collaborating Political Parties in a bid to further his plans of attaining the group’s endorsement in his pursuit of Nimba’s senatorial seat in the 2020 election.
