HARPER, Maryland – Tubman University’s newly appointed vice president for administration, D. Nyamieh Walker, talks about the university’s effort to leave its recent corruption episode in the past as renovation on the engineering building resumes.

Watch as the employees of the contracted company begin work on the structure.
