This Open Letter is written to you on behalf of The Liberia Heals Initiative, to inform you of its intention to host a much needed “Palaver Hut Discussion” with the presence of all presidential candidates registered with the National Elections Commission in anticipation of the upcoming October 10, 2017 elections.
